Nathalie Wespieser is a Family Law solicitor and Family Mediator with considerable experience of all areas of Family Law but with a particular interest and specialism in financial work including complex financial matters and structures, business and pension assets, maintenance issues (pre and post separation), offshore assets and trust structures, High Court work, international children law, pre and post nuptial agreements, Civil Partnership Dissolutions and advice for unmarried partners. Nathalie is also able to advise on all other aspects of Family matters including (but not limited to) children matters including residence & contact, emergency applications and injunctions, separation agreements for married and unmarried couples and all ancillary matters including changes of names, declarations of trust etc.

She is a member of Resolution (www.resolution.org.uk) and a Resolution trained Family Mediator. Nathalie’s main aim in her career is to try and help people get to the end of what can be a very difficult time in their lives, with a friendly and empathetic approach. Nathalie conducts much of her own advocacy in the Courts and also enjoys helping separating couples find their own solutions as a Family Mediator.
